01 · The house
We kept the old house's bones: the breeze blocks, the tiled floors, the terrace that catches the last light. Then we added only what a slow week asks for. Good linen, a cold saltwater pool, and a quiet so complete you can hear the reef.
02 · Rooms
Linen from Portugal, furniture from island woodworkers, and windows placed where the house has always caught the breeze. Every room includes breakfast and a beach bag.

03 · Experiences
Nothing is scheduled unless you ask. When you do, our front desk knows the right hour for everything on this coast.
Board, wax and a local who knows when Domes is working. First-timers start on the soft rollers at Sandy Beach.
Snorkel the marine reserve's elkhorn coral on glassy mornings. Fins and masks wait by the door.
Island rum, fruit from the Añasco farms and the roof to yourselves while the sun drops behind Desecheo.
From January to March, humpbacks pass close to the point. There are binoculars on every terrace.
04 · Location
Rincón faces the Mona Passage, which is why the sun sets straight into the sea here. We are on Carretera 413 in Barrio Puntas, a short walk from the sand.
