Public Transit Agency Program (PTAP)

Public transit, reimagined for your community.

A custom rider app with your name on it. A GTFS-compliant platform behind it. And an Admin Panel that keeps dispatch, drivers and operating officers in sync.

Partnering with municipalities in Puerto Rico.

The rider app showing a town map with two colored bus routes, stop markers, and a bus icon moving along the route.

Everything your transit system needs. In one place.

Three parts, designed to work as one.

01

A professional rider app

A public-facing app custom-made for your municipality. Your brand, your routes, your riders — on iPhone and Android.

02

A GTFS-compliant backend

Your routes, stops and schedules stored in the global transit standard. Ready for Google Maps, Apple Maps and any app that speaks GTFS.

03

An Admin Panel for your team

Control your fleet and communicate directly with Drivers and Operating Officers. Plan routes, manage shifts, send alerts.

PTAP Admin Panel
Live data flows from every bus to your team, your riders and the world's maps.

Proven platform. Personal app.

You get the reliability of a shared platform and the identity of your own app.

The platform

Our transit management software is licensed to your municipality or agency with a recurring subscription. It keeps improving — and every improvement reaches you.

  • Admin Panel for dispatch and administration
  • Operator App for drivers
  • GTFS-compliant data backend
  • Updates, security and support included

The rider app

Your public-facing app is designed and built for your community — with your name, colors and identity. Residents see their municipality, not ours.

  • Your branding and app store listing
  • Features chosen for your riders' needs
  • English and Spanish
  • Designed to be accessible to everyone

One platform. Your identity.

Everything a rider needs. Right in their pocket.

Four essentials that turn waiting at the stop into knowing exactly when to go.

See every route. And every bus on it.

Every line in your system, drawn on a clear, interactive map. Riders see stops, directions and live bus positions — updated in real time from the tracker on board.

  • Color-coded routes with every stop marked
  • Live vehicle positions, refreshed in seconds
  • Find the nearest stop from your current location

The whole timetable. Always up to date.

Every departure, every stop, every day of the week — published by your team from the Admin Panel and delivered to riders instantly. No more outdated paper schedules.

  • Weekday, weekend and holiday service
  • Scheduled and live estimated arrival times
  • Save favorite stops for one-tap access

When plans change, riders know first.

Detours, delays, weather closures, special events. Your team posts an alert once from the Admin Panel, and it appears in the app for every affected rider — on the right route, at the right time.

  • System-wide or route-specific alerts
  • Clear start and end times
  • Shared automatically through your GTFS feed

Tell it where. It tells you how.

Riders enter a destination and get a clear plan: which stop to walk to, which bus to take, where to transfer and when they'll arrive. Built on live data, so the plan reflects what's really happening on the road.

  • Step-by-step directions, door to door
  • Walking distance and transfers included
  • Arrival estimates based on live bus positions
The rider app showing a planned trip: a short walk to a stop, a bus ride on one route, and an estimated arrival time at the destination.

Less waiting. More knowing.

Riders don't need to keep checking the app. It tells them what they need to know, when they need to know it.

An iPhone lock screen with two notifications from a transit app: the bus is five minutes away, and a route has been detoured.

Your bus is on its way.

Riders choose their stop, and we let them know how far the bus is — in minutes and in stops — so they can leave home at the right time, not stand in the sun waiting.

Service changes, instantly.

When a route is detoured, delayed or canceled, affected riders get an alert right away — sent by your team from the Admin Panel in seconds.

  • Route 1 · Your bus is 2 stops away — about 5 minutes.

  • Route 1 · Your bus is arriving at Plaza Stop now.

  • Service Alert · Route 3 is detoured today due to road work. Tap for details.

Riders control which routes and stops they get notified about.

Put your town on the world's map.

Our platform is built on GTFS — the General Transit Feed Specification, the global standard for transit data. That means your routes, stops and schedules can appear in Google Maps, Apple Maps and other trip-planning apps that millions of people already use.

Made for the driver's seat.

A simple app for drivers that shows their shift, their route and messages from dispatch — with big, clear controls designed for quick glances.

  • Direct messages from dispatch
  • Report incidents and delays in a few taps

Tracking that doesn't depend on a phone.

Every bus carries our custom tracker, with dedicated GNSS and LTE/5G antennas. It reports the vehicle's location on its own over cellular IoT — so tracking keeps working even if a driver's phone is off, out of battery or left behind.

We handle procurement, configuration and installation.

Better for riders. Better for your budget. Better for your town.

Operational efficiency

Data-driven insight helps reduce fuel waste and build smarter driver schedules.

Public trust

When residents can see exactly when their bus will arrive, frustration goes down and ridership goes up.

Economic development

Reliable transit connects residents to jobs, schools, health care and local businesses.

Have a process that's stuck on paper? Let's fix it.

Every municipality has a process that takes too long — too many forms, too many phone calls, too many systems that don't talk to each other. We build custom software for the specific challenges in your government processes, so your team can work faster and residents get answers sooner.

  • Permit and license requests
  • Citizen service requests
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Internal approvals and workflows
  • Asset and inventory tracking
  • Data dashboards for leadership

Examples only — every project starts with your needs.
